Fitted carpets throughout. All bathrooms have showers. The Kitchens have cooker with double oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. The Lounge areas are spacious with enough seating for all tenants. The Bedrooms are furnished with: bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, shelves, desk, and chair. All walls and loft are insulated and all houses are fitted with Carbon Monoxide alarms and have exterior lighting.

Maintained, Licensed & Inspected

We have 24 hour maintenance call out. All front and rear gardens are maintained for free. Gas central heating is covered by British Gas. Gas Safety and Fire Inspections are completed annual on moving in. On each floor of every property there are fire alarms connected to the mains electricity and Fire Extinguishers provided with Electrical Installation Inspection completed every 3 years. All houses have Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and have new HMO Licenses with Southampton City Council.
