"We have been with Assured Lettings for 2 years now in 2 different houses with affordable rent and no unnecessary fees and they have been fantastic both years. The houses are well maintained and in the rare case when there were any problems with our houses the landlords would respond extremely quickly without hesitation. If any work was to be done on the houses we would be given 24 hours so it felt like our privacy was also kept.
