Based in Southampton Assured Lettings is a specialist in Student Lettings. Managed by Richard & Joanne Whettingsteel who have had student accommodation in Swaythling, Portswood and Polygon in Southampton for several years.

Our aim is to provide the most complete and friendly letting service for students. We offer a very personal and professional service complimented by our experience and excellent local knowledge.

We are a member of the National Landlords Association (our membership name and number: Assured Lettings 59329), a leading independent organisation for private residential landlords, to keep up with the latest government regulations for student housing.

With the University of Southampton we have a good standing and are listed in their student accommodation directory.

We maintain each property with care and so you enjoy your study time in Southampton we make sure that high standards are met for both living comfort and health & safety in our properties. If repairs are needed or you have any questions or concerns we have a 24/7 dedicated maintenance team available with out of hours emergency numbers.

Keeping your Finance Simple

Assured Lettings likes to keep things simple: we have NO letting fee. When you sign our tenancy agreement, which is University approved, your deposit is protected by My Deposits, a Government authorised protection scheme. You will get written confirmation that the deposit is protected with a Deposit Protection Certificate.
